Terms of Service & Liability Policy

ISOBAR
A General Partnership under the laws of the Republic of South Africa
Effective Date: 25/02/2026

1. Legal Structure & Governance

ISOBAR operates as a general partnership under South African law.

The partnership is jointly managed by:

  • Alex Janse Van Rensburg
  • Tristyn Abbot

All advisory services are delivered directly by the partners or under their direct supervision.

ISOBAR is not a registered financial services provider and does not provide regulated financial, legal, or investment advice. Our services consist exclusively of structural analysis, decision-architecture modeling, and business system diagnostics.

2. On Prediction

ISOBAR does not attempt to predict markets.

  • We do not forecast speculative outcomes.
  • We do not provide probabilistic guessing.

Our methodology identifies structural coherence, leverage concentration, and systemic fragility within decision architecture.

Navigation replaces prediction. Structure replaces speculation. Execution remains client-controlled.

3. Refund Policy

All services provided by ISOBAR are intellectual, analytical, and advisory in nature.

Upon delivery of analysis, diagnostic output, or strategic advisory, the service is deemed fully rendered.

Due to the nature of intellectual services:

  • All fees are non-refundable.
  • Analytical outputs cannot be returned.
  • Strategic insight cannot be “unused.”
  • Time allocation and modeling resources are irrecoverable once committed.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with conclusions.
  • Disagreement with recommendations.
  • Market volatility.
  • Internal execution failures.
  • Strategic outcomes differing from expectations.

Engagement with ISOBAR constitutes full acceptance of this no-refund policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

ISOBAR provides structural analysis grounded in formal modeling, mathematical reasoning, and systemic evaluation.

  • ISOBAR does not predict future outcomes.
  • ISOBAR does not guarantee financial performance.
  • Business environments are influenced by external, stochastic, and uncontrollable factors.
  • All decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISOBAR shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Revenue decline
  • Market losses
  • Strategic execution failures
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is strictly limited to direct damages and capped at the total fees paid under the specific engagement contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, including but not limited to:

  • The Coherence Model
  • Structural Leverage Frameworks
  • Diagnostic Engines
  • Analytical Matrices
  • Scenario Modeling Systems

are the exclusive intellectual property of ISOBAR.

Engagement grants usage rights only as defined in written agreement. Reverse engineering, redistribution, replication, or reproduction of proprietary models is strictly prohibited.

6. Data Use & Tool Disclaimer

The Coherence Model Analysis Tool is provided for structural diagnostic purposes only.

  • Outputs are analytical representations based on user-provided inputs.
  • The tool does not constitute financial advice.
  • Accuracy of output depends entirely on the accuracy of data entered.
  • Use of this tool does not establish a formal advisory relationship.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging ISOBAR services, submitting payment, or using proprietary analytical tools, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted:

  • The Privacy Policy
  • The No-Refund Policy
  • The Limitation of Liability
  • The Confidentiality Requirements

Engagement implies contractual acceptance of these terms.

ISOBAR operates at the structural layer of business systems.
We clarify leverage before action.
We identify fragility before collapse.
We do not promise outcomes.
We engineer decision coherence.
